Establish, develop and support educational, cultural and sporting links between the Royal Burgh of St Andrews and our twin town of Loches- en-Touraine in France.

 

Raise funds to afford opportunities to achieve the above for people of St Andrews.

 

Foster enjoyment of French culture, especially of the Loches area, for members of the Alliance and people of St Andrews

 

Encourage more involvement by the Community Council and other groups in the town of St Andrews

 

 

Future Plans

Local activities:

Aim for two fundraising events per year to add to income from SCO Concert bars

Support Madras exchange and other exchanges to the extent finance allows

Hold a New Year drinks party in January and other social events for local members, friends of the Alliance and people of St Andrews
